This is a chance to rent a traditional Mallorcan finca. Villa Jaume is on a very quiet road, just 2km from Pollensa old town.
Set in a pretty garden the villa has a beautiful swimming pool, with easy access Roman steps. There is also a covered terrace with an outdoor sofa, al fresco dining space, lawn, a barbecue and the holiday favourite, table tennis! The garden is bursting with trees and colourful indigenous plants -the bouganvillea next to the pool is spectacular.
The ground floor of this charming finca has a cosy sitting room area with a Smart TV and a large dining room with a bar area. The kitchen has is full equipped with everything you need.
This villa sleeps up to 8 guests. On the ground floor is a double ensuite bedroom which can be used with either a double or twin beds.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and another double room. The twin and the double room share a bathroom. There are two wonderful terraces on this floor, with sofas and a table, so there is plenty of space for everyone.
