This beautiful holiday villa is in a spectacular location by the sea in Bonaire, one of the most exclusive areas of Mallorca, close to the historic old town of Alcudia.
There is a lovely saltwater swimming pool (10 x 7 metres) which can be heated if required at extra cost. The pool is also gated which gives you extra reassurance that children are safe. The large terraces are just perfect for sunbathing after a refreshing dip in the pool and for al fresco dining, or relaxing after a hard day at the beach! And the views are simply stunning.
This holiday villa is built over three storeys and has a stylish living/dining room and an open plan ultra-modern designer kitchen.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms: on the middle floor there is an impressive, large master suite (70 square metres) and one further bedroom, on the top floor there are two more bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.
Just a short drive away are the spectacular beaches of Puerto Alcudia where there are plenty of watersports on offer. Aucanada, one of the best golf courses in Mallorca, is also close by.
This modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday. It is ideal for two families sharing, or groups of friends. It is also great for cyclists.
The holiday villa also has a garage should you have a car.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and also has oil central heating, so is suitable for early and late season holidays.
