Casa Rosada (the pink house) is a delightful townhouse in the beautiful, residential coastal village of Cala San Vicente
There is a small garden with a newly paved dining area and a wonderful built-in barbecue - you can escape the heat of the summer here and enjoy the natural shade of the pine trees.
This townhouse has an incredible private rooftop hot tub, with impressive sea views. This is the ultimate place to enjoy the sunset. It also shares a large pool and sun deck with two other houses.
Built over three storeys, the ground floor has a bright, open plan living/dining area, with new furniture, a large Smart TV and wood burning stove (ideal for winter breaks). There is a good-sized sunny dining terrace off the living room which overlooks the pool and a pretty forest. So relaxing! This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has a 140cm bed, ensuite bathroom (with a bath and shower attachment) and views of the forest. The second bedroom is also a double room with views of the town. The third, single, bedroom can also be used as a work space. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house is just five minutes´walk to Cala San Vicente´s spectacular beaches. The resort offers diving, kayaking and stand-up paddle. There are also some excellent local restaurants within easy walking distance, some with sea views, as well as´Modesto´, a real find which offers tasty Mediterranean cuisine almost on your doorstep! This house really does tick a lot of boxes!
We highly recommend Casa Rosada for a couple, family or group of close friends looking for a relaxing break in a charming house close to the beach.

We had a lovely stay here in February. The location was great, set against the mountains and we felt like we were living in an island of trees among the mountains when we were in the roof top hot tub, just stunning. You can also see the sea from the see more

The location was great, set against the mountains and we felt like we were living in an island of trees among the mountains when we were in the roof top hot tub, just stunning. You can also see the sea from the roof top as well which was unexpected and just divine. The house was great - a real Spanish villa feel and just the size we needed. It was too cold to sit outside much but in the summer the terrace would be ideal. We loved being near the mountains and found lots of nice walks nearby. We loved the house and found it met all our needs. Thank you!

I have just spent a wonderful long weekend with the girls here.
The location is great – a quick walk to the local beach (and bar!) and with lovely local restaurants just a short stroll away – we could easily have not gone any further but the port issee more

The location is great – a quick walk to the local beach (and bar!) and with lovely local restaurants just a short stroll away – we could easily have not gone any further but the port is a short bus ride away. The house is really charming, clean and modern – jacuzzi on the roof was a real hit as was the pool and lounging area. Already planning to stay here again with the husband and kids for a longer break next year! |
