This beautiful villa is full of character. It is set in a wonderful pine forest, yet it is just a short drive to the historic town of Pollensa, famous for the Calvario with its 365 steps.
The lively main square and wonderful selection of restaurants and narrow cobbled pedestrian streets where you can stroll and browse in the charming shops. It is equally close to Alcudia, another beautiful, historic town, as well as the lovely sandy beaches and coves of the northern coast of the island. All within easy reach of the property.
Outside, you can enjoy the lovely garden with a swimming pool, 8 x 4 metres, lawned garden and a spacious terrace with covered dining terrace and barbecue
All of the accommodation is tastefully decorated and is on one floor which makes it feel very cosy and homely. The paintings in this villa are all original pieces by the owner. There is a large living area with comfortable sofas and a TV and direct access to the covered terrace with views across the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a handy pantry to keep your produce fresh in the hot summer months.
This rental villa has 2 charmingly decorated bedrooms. The double room has a bathroom with a quirky sunken bath and the twin bedroom has a walk in shower.
