This ground floor apartment with a large communal pool is just a 2 minute walk to Llenaire beach.
Situated in a peaceful area, in a block of just nine apartments, there is a large communal pool with a separate, shallow children's area. The pool is surrounded by a lawn.
Conveniently situated on the ground floor, so no stairs to contend with in this modern apartment. There is direct access from the apartment terrace to the pool and garden.
There is an open plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a 50 inch smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pretty breakfast terrace overlooking the pool.
The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twins. There are two bathrooms - one was recently renovated and has a stunning walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The linen is excellent quality, from White Company.
There is hot and cold air conditioning in the hall that serves the bedrooms, and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is also a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living and sitting room.
There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a small supermarket close by.
The apartment is a 20/25 minute walk along the pretty seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The beach is very child-friendly and even has a wooden play area which will entertain your little ones for hours.
There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space if you do have a car.
This property ticks a lot of boxes. It is particularly popular with families, cyclists, and groups of friends wanting to stay close to the beach. Available all year.
