The front of the apartment is next to a lovely communal pool. The pool is set in a beautiful grounds with streams and ponds connected by little pathways. It is a perfect spot to relax on a sunlounger and the children can enjoy the pool.
The apartment is built over 80 square metres. As you open the front door, there is comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a door to a separate utility room with a washing machine.
The apartment sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms: a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds. The twin and bunk bedded rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This lovely family holiday apartment in the Bellresguard complex is walking distance from Puerto Pollensa bay, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a handy supermarket and restaurant/bar next door to the complex.
A rental car is not essential, which means that nobody has to worry about driving, There is parking next to the apartment block if you need it.
